- The field sales representative for the category of Premium hydration/functional or enhanced bottled water is responsible for:
- Developing a geaographic area that is responsbile for 20% of SueroX net sales over the next two years.
- Increase SueroX distribution by opening new accounts (both as an individual and in parntership with distributors)
- Generate incramental volume within existing accounts, via expanding SKU facings & vartiety, improving merchandising conditions, providing in-store tastings, securing secondary locations, and building branded displays.
- Increase distributor share-of-mind and build distributor relatioships through product education, attending distributor meetings, providing field support and working hand-in-hand with distributor reps on a regular basis.
- Identify community events or microinfluencers and develop a strategy for SueroX to become integrated in a meangful way that increases brand image, awareness and loyalty.
- Sales experience in beverage or another CPG industry
- Proven knowledge of wholesalers, distributor and retail customers.
- Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers and wholesalers; ability to collaborate at all levels.
- Ability to perform physical activities required by the job duties including occasionally lifting and moving up to 65 pounds individually and greater weights with assistance; ability to bend, stretch, stoop, climb, and perform other physical acts associated with selling, demonstrating, and marketing product in an assigned territory.
